Jennifer Sedell is a sixth-generation Oregonian, who prefers meals at home in Portland. However, she regularly travels around Oregon for work and decided to start documenting her search for places to eat on the road. Occasionally, she is joined by her husband, Michael.

Her favorite highways in Oregon are 19 (through Fossil), 20 (the whole way), 35 (north side of Mt Hood), 38 (Umpqua Valley), and 101.
